Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
After several decades of corporate success providing insurance and surety services to the construction industry, Bill founded Tikehau Star Infra, previously known as Star America, based on his vision of creating more opportunities to invest in rebuilding America’s infrastructure.

Co-Founder & President
Prior to founding Tikehau Star Infra, Christophe worked on many of the largest and most notable P3 transactions in the United States and Canada. He served as advisor or lender and worked with the leading industry players that have now become Tikehau Star Infra partners.

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in providing legal and compliance services. Prior to joining Tikehau Star Infra, Jennifer practiced corporate and securities law for more than 20 years.

Peter Cirenza joined Tikehau Capital in 2017. Previously, as a Partner at Goldman Sachs in New York, London and Tokyo, he helped to develop and lead the firm’s proprietary special-situation investment activities.
