Damien Kolosky is an infrastructure and commercial development & construction professional with more than 23 years of international experience spanning across Asia, Europe and the Americas. He has a deep expertise on the P3 delivery method for infrastructure projects, construction management of large and complex real estate developments, international partnerships assembly, design management and project finance.
Prior to joining Tikehau Star Infra Partners, LLC, Mr. Kolosky spent most of his career within one of the world’s largest contracting organizations, holding senior executive positions within the international branch of Bouygues Construction. He notably initiated and developed the activities of Bouygues Batiment International in Latin America and the United States.
Mr. Kolosky holds a master of civil engineering, design and architecture from the Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics in Paris, France.
