Peter Rae is a Vice President of Investments at Tikehau Star Infra Partners, LLC (“Star”). Mr. Rae focuses on projects across all sectors. His deal team responsibilities include the execution of transactions and acquisitions over various sectors as well as supporting project development activities.
Previously, Mr. Rae worked at Deloitte in their Infrastructure and Project Finance practice. While at Deloitte, Mr. Rae provided commercial and financial advisory services to both private and public sector clients across variety of infrastructure asset classes, including transit, aviation, renewables and social. Mr. Rae’s experience includes providing financial advisory services to investors seeking to acquire equity interests in infrastructure projects, advising an airport consortium seeking to acquire a national aviation service and supporting a public sector organization to assess a cancelled renewable energy project.
Mr. Rae holds a Bachelor of Commerce with concentrations in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University, Australia. Mr. Rae is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
