TIKEHAU STAR INFRA ACQUIRES A MAJORITY INTEREST IN CATHCART RAIL HOLDCO, LLC.
June 13, 2025 (New York, NY) – Tikehau Star Infra (“TSI”) has acquired the full interest in Cathcart Rail Holdco, LLC (the “Company” or “Cathcart Rail”) held by its founding platform Cathcart, Inc., and will make an additional capital commitment in support of the Company’s growth.
Cathcart Rail is a U.S. freight rail operations and services company with over 800 dedicated employees spread across a vast, coast-to-coast network of railcar repair facilities, shortline railroads and running repair agent locations.
